The Netflix original movie the titan, opens with a family leaving los Angeles and the opening credits, then a news story explaining what happened and why they are leaving, going into the basis of their new life explaining what is going to happen. They then have a steady can shot of the military base with emphasis on the flag flying.

The opening credits are in a futuristic font, showing the doctor taking the robot and deleting the files for the robot, then the people in suits going into her office looking for them. This gives the background for the story ahead, this movie is a Netflix original. The sci-fi futuristic sense gives a setting of a new age coming to be. The first person shots then the panoramic as well as the incidental music gives a sense of suspence. 

The start of Race to witch mountain it starts when a news cast says what is going on then the credits. The situation is given and context behind it, there are many eye line matches .The sound of the city in the background, cars, horns chatter. The main adult character is a taxi driver, then the next adult character studies aliens.

In the first Harry potter movie it has the prologue on how Harry ended up where he is. Also introducing some of the main characters that are important later on in the story. Focusing on on Dumbledore and Haggred the most, before the final bit focusing on on baby Harry. In Scifi movies it seems to keep the atmosphere not putting the credits in the beginning. The incidental music gives a mystical sense, helping to set in the magical feel of the entire movie.

The Fifth wave inspiration In the fifth wave in the first two minutes it gives us who is causing the issues and the first wave. Then in the next few minutes it shows the rest of the waves. The and it gives context on the others, who give the scene what they need is the earth. They start off with a news broad cast transferring to people moving away from the ship.Then the first wave all electricity cutting out. Separating from their friends then to Cassie and Sam collecting water right before the second wave. Then explains the third wave, the avian flu.
